Here at Foxtown, we’re proud of our Mequon brewing heritage. Our historic brewery was once home to Opitz-Zimmerman Brewery, built in 1857 and includes two layers of subterranean lagering caves, which we have carefully preserved.
We've envisioned guests dining in our caves for years, and we're finally able to make our vision a reality. You're in for an incredible experience, book your dinner today!
Reserve a Cave Dinner
- Available to book Thursday – Saturday (Space can accommodate (1) dinner party per evening)*
- We can accommodate up to 10 guests per seating
- Must be pre-booked and a $300 deposit is required
- $600 food and beverage minimum required
- At least 20% gratuity recommended
- Pre-select from Foxtown Brewing’s Food Menu, or Renard’s Food Menu
- Wine service available for purchase!
