Our History
Foxtown Brewing was once the Opitz Zimmerman Brewery in the mid-1800s, Foxtown is a reclamation of Mequon history. We’re not the biggest brewery around, nor the flashiest, but you’ll see that we take brewing very seriously. Every ingredient in every recipe is backed by reason. Our beer is good on purpose.

DoorDash is the best lunch and dinner delivery service to partner with to get food to our guests fast and friendly.

“Beer was great, salads were wonderful. Love that they have 6 packs to go so we were able to get more of the hazy IPA and light lager! The server/bartender was nice and helpful with our questions.”
JORDAN C.

“Gotta say both the brews and the food were top notch. Flag day pale ale hit the spot. Loved the brisket burger and my GF thought the vegetarian gyro was real nice.”

“This place has been a hidden gem and cornerstone of Mequon road. Hands down, the nicest brewery/bar I’ve been in after living in Milwaukee area for nearly a decade.”
