John Weston was one of the first to travel from out East and settle in this area, and in addition to being our first mayor, he wound up selling the land that later became Thiensville. We know great things can come from out east, like this recipe for our hazy New England style IPA. Adventurous? Bold? What took so long? You decide.

STYLE: New England IPA

ABV: 6.7%

IBU: 29

A hop-forward beer that lets the fruity nature of American hops truly shine. Our Hazy IPA is abundantly hopped in the whirlpool and then dry hopped twice to really drive home the hop flavors and aroma. The use of hops along with the substantial amount of wheat and oats used in the brew make for a beer that is soft and sweet on the palate and is loaded with tropical fruit aroma and flavors.
